• Arrival and Departure
  
  • FunKids hours of operation are 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. Mon - Fri
  • Please remember to sign your child in and out to ensure proper billing and to help us keep an accurate count of current FunKids.
  • Please check your child in and out with the coach as well.
  • FunKids closes at 6:00 pm daily.
  
  

• Please be sure to sign your child in and out and communicate with the FunKids coach every time your child attends FunKids.
• Please call if your child is not going to make their scheduled time at FunKids.
• Your bill will be mailed to you monthly. Please return your payment by the appropriate due date so we may continue to offer the program your kids can’t get enough of and want to go to every day.
• If you need to change your normal schedule for any reason, please communicate your new schedule in writing to the front office
• We currently accept ICCP.
• There are no refunds, pro-rations, credits or make ups for FunKids
• There is a $30.00 mandatory annual membership fee per family that is renewed in September. The membership fee for new families will be $7.50 for June, July and August. (Pro rated monthly)
• There is a 10% family discount off monthly programs when 2 or more siblings are enrolled.
• Payment is due by the 1^st of each month before your FunKid attends FunKids.
• Field Trips are an additional cost and will be invoiced accordingly.

• Comfortable clothing without snaps, zippers and buttons please!
• Boys: Shorts and a T-Shirt; Sweats and a sweatshirt; a warm-up suit
• Girls: Shorts and a T-Shirt; Sweats and a sweatshirt; a warm-up suit; a leotard
• Please have long hair tied back!
• It is always a good idea to bring a swimsuit and towel, as well as an extra change of clothes. The FunKids love to play in the sprinkler, but they need to be dry to play inside the gym! Plus, the hot weather and activities can make your child hot and sweaty!
• Please have your child’s name on all their clothing, shoes, lunchboxes, etc.
• Please be aware of field trip days that your FunKids will be leaving the gym and have your child dressed appropriate for the day! (Example: long pants and long shirt for ice-skating.)

• Please bring a very large lunch with plenty of snacks!
• We prefer healthy snacks over sugary ones!
• There is a refrigerator available to keep lunches and drinks cool!
• Please pack food that does not need a great deal of preparation.
• There are two snack times in addition to lunchtime. One in the late morning and one in the mid-afternoon. With all the activities your child will be involved in, they will work up quite an appetite! FunKids is movin’ and groovin all day long! Please pack extra snacks to accommodate their voracious appetite!
• A water bottle. Funtastics does have drinking fountains, but it is always a good idea to have your own water bottle, especially on days that the FunKids are out of the gym for long periods of time.
• Because of food allergies, we ask that you remind your children not to share their food unless you or the coach approves it!
• FunKids does not provide food for snacks or lunchtime.
• The Vault (our concessions stand) is open daily and provides fruit, snacks, drinks, and yes, even some junk food! You may send money with your child or may fill out and turn in an authorization to charge form that will let your child charge food or other item to your account, and will be invoiced monthly.

Option Descriptions

• Option #1
  • Option #1 gives you the option of giving “The Vault” an amount of money with which your children can use as a debit. Money may be added to the account at any time.
  • This option may be used in conjunction with Option #2. Once the debit account runs out, we will begin a credit account, described in Option #2. If you would like to choose this method, check the boxes for Options #1 and #2.
  
  

• Option #2
  • Option #2 gives your child the option to charge items from “The Vault” to your monthly FUNTASTICS invoice. This charge will show up on your monthly invoice as “The Vault”. If you would like to limit the amount charged or what your child charges, please speak to one of “The Vault” staff.
  
  

• Option #3
  • Option #3 allows your child to purchase items at “The Vault” with cash in hand only. They will not be allowed to charge at all.
  
  
  

Please notify one of “The Vault” staff if you would like to change your options at any time!

“The Vault” will keep track of all purchases made under Options #1 and #2. These purchases are available for your review at any time in “The Vault”. As mentioned earlier, if you would like us to put a limit on your account, whether on money or food, please explain in the space below or talk to a staff member in “The Vault”.
